Come join Kim White our in-house Senior Occupational Therapist for a free Q&A session over some morning tea.

This session will cover our most frequently asked questions about OT:

  • What is an occupational therapist?
  • Are there different types of occupational therapists?
  • What skills and knowledge do they have?
  • Why would I see an occupational therapist?
  • How can they support me?
  • What is involved in a session?
  • What activities/ailments can they assist me with?
  • How can they integrate with my other health professionals?

Occupational therapy is about equipping you with the tools, to empower you, to be able to do the things that matter to you most. Whether that be going for a bush walk, brushing your teeth, driving a car, caring for an elderly parent, tending to your veggie garden, washing your hair - the examples are endless.

Whatever it is that occupies your time and is preventing you from doing that activity, an OT can help address it!
