I am writing this letter to highly recommend Patrick Hefferan as an employee for any company, but especially if they are looking for a reliable, self-directing, efficient employee.  Patrick served the Occoneechee Council as first an Exploring Executive and later a Senior Exploring Executive.  His successes in the areas of Career Exploration led to a promotion with the Learning for Life Program in Atlanta, Georgia.

Patrick received the highest year-end ratings possible due to his attention to goals and details, as well as his strong communication skills.  He is an accomplished volunteer recruiter and brought several high level volunteers to the table. He is an extremely energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful young man who always seems to bring something new and positive into his programs.  He is an intelligent, hard-worker with a knack for problem-solving.  Fund raising, sales and marketing, public relations, recruiting and program delivery are strengths.
