I am a nationally certified counselor and state licensed therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and my Masters Degree in Counseling from North Carolina State University. I have worked with a wide variety of client populations from diverse backgrounds.
I have 8 years experience in working with career and mentoring programs for adolescents and 4 years providing direct clinical support to individuals, couples and families using a variety of counseling theories including person-centered, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and various relaxation therapies. |
