About me….
I believe that having a compassionate, experienced therapist is essential to achieving one’s goals for therapy. I strive to help individuals, couples, and families understand any underlying issues, recognize their existing strengths and support them as they learn to develop their own new and healthier life patterns. I am passionate about combining resources and therapeutic tools that are just as diverse as the people I work with.
My clients have generously informed me that they consider me to be an empathic listener, a keen observer and a calming presence. I bring a warm smile, a curious, gentle, friendly manner, a ready laugh and a healthy self into my therapy sessions every day. I sincerely care about the people I work with and work hard to create a warm and trusting environment for clients of all ages. |
